Delivery Policy
UK
We offer free same day dispatch on goods purchased before midday, (UK time), Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. Items are sent using a 2-3 business day delivery service. Tracking numbers are communicated as soon as your goods are dispatched. Please let us know if you have not received your items within 7 days of purchase so that we can investigate with the courier.
International Orders (outside UK)
International shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Goods are dispatched daily Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank holidays. International orders have a 5-20 day delivery time. Tracking numbers are communicated as soon as your goods are dispatched. Please let us know if you have not received your items within 21 days of purchase so that we can investigate with the courier. There maybe additional local customs and duty fees to pay when your goods arrive in your country. The courier company will communicate this to you.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your order but if it is not what you wanted please contact us at contact@designsemporium.com and return the item, unused, in the original packaging, in perfect saleable condition for a full refund, within 30 days of purchase. We regret that outbound international postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part or faulty. Goods must be returned within 30 days of informing us of the return.

Descriptions and Care of Goods
We have taken every care to ensure that pictures and descriptions are representative, but please be aware that most products are handmade and minor variations are inevitable. This is particularly true for soft furnishings, even more so for those made from recycled sari. All these pieces are unique.

Payment
If paying by credit or debit card via this website you will be directed to a payment handler, either Shopify payments or Paypal. Designs Emporium never see nor hold your credit or debit card details.

If you have consented (by expressly opting in) to receive marketing, requested information from us or purchased goods from us, you may receive marketing communications from Designs Emporium unless you have opted out of such marketing.
