Delivery Policy

UK mainland

We offer free standard delivery to UK mainland. We offer same day dispatch on goods purchased before midday, (UK time), Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. Items are sent using a 2-3 business day delivery service. Tracking numbers are communicated as soon as your goods are dispatched. Please let us know if you have not received your items within 7 days of purchase so that we can investigate with the courier.

International Orders (outside UK)

International shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Goods are dispatched daily Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank holidays. International orders have a 5-20 day delivery time. Tracking numbers are communicated as soon as your goods are dispatched. Please let us know if you have not received your items within 21 days of purchase so that we can investigate with the courier. There maybe additional local customs and duty fees to pay when your goods arrive in your country. The courier company will communicate this to you.

Descriptions and Care of Goods

We have taken every care to ensure that pictures and descriptions are representative, but please be aware that most products are handmade and minor variations are inevitable. This is particularly true for soft furnishings, even more so for those made from recycled sari. All these pieces are unique.
